About The Position

You will be the Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Operations team. Our team is responsible for driving key results with precision and accuracy. As the Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing group, ensuring weekly throughput targets are met, and fostering a collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Experience leading in a Labor Union Environment
• Experience with Fabrication leadership
• Experience with Shop Floor Operating systems
• Active Secret Clearance required to apply
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
• The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Lean methodologies
• Ability to create and use data metrics to drive area performance
• Ability to analyze data for robust decision making
• 4-5 years experience in a leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve performance goals
