The Associate Manager, Global Learning & Development plays a key role in delivering and evolving Yum!’s global leadership development experiences for above-restaurant leaders. As part of the Learning Center of Excellence, this role partners closely with brand and functional leaders to support the delivery of high-quality learning experiences and contribute to a seamless, impactful employee experience. As the Associate Manager you will serve as a learning partner to Pizza Hut, helping connect leaders to the right development opportunities, supporting the execution of global programs, and contributing to the continued evolution of integrated and insight-driven learning across Yum!. This role also offers the opportunity to build broader end-to-end learning capability over time, including exposure to both delivery and select design-related work, in support of evolving brand and business needs. You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).
