The Learning & Development Associate will play a key role in developing and implementing training programs that will help our employees grow, improve and be more effective in their roles. The L&D Associate is responsible for enhancing the skills and performance of onsite service employees, focusing on elevating hospitality standards to improve service for homeowners and shareholders. The incumbent will work as part of the HR team to assess employees' learning and development needs and create programs to meet those needs. This role involves designing, conducting, and organizing training programs across the NY and Southeast portfolio. The L&D Associate will report to the Director of Learning & Development for daily instructions, overall guidance, and development.
