About The Position

The Associate Manager, Influencer Relations, supports the day-to-day execution of Murad’s paid and earned creator programs. This role helps manage proactive outreach, gifting, paid partnership operations, content tracking, and usage rights. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of influencer and social platforms, is highly organized, and can partner closely with Digital, Social, and Creative to support both organic and paid amplification needs across campaigns and evergreen moments.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of influencer marketing, talent partnerships, social media, or digital marketing experience
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms such as Tribe Dynamic or similar tools
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and high-volume outreach in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and creator culture

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of usage rights, whitelisting, and creator content amplification (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of both paid and earned influencer programs, including seeding lists, proactive outreach, follow-up, and product coordination
  • Manage operational workflows for paid partnerships, including communication, scheduling, content delivery, usage rights tracking, and deadline management
  • Partner with the Digital team to support paid amplification needs such as whitelisting, boosting, content formatting, and tracking creator performance signals
  • Track creator content and deliverables across paid, earned, and ambassador programs, ensuring accurate logging and reporting
  • Maintain updated creator databases, tiering, campaign lists, and seasonal priority lists
  • Support the Senior Manager in sourcing talent and evaluating creators for both paid and earned opportunities
  • Assist in developing gifting strategies, launching mailers, seeding moments, and program logistics
  • Work closely with Social to ensure creator content is amplified across channels and aligned with the editorial calendar
  • Pull performance metrics for paid and earned content, including reach, views, engagement, sentiment, and usage rights
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and contract routing
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution during launch-heavy periods
