About The Position

Regeneron’s Finance Operations team is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Associate Manager to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and strategic impact of global Finance processes. The role involves collaborating across the organization, leading process optimization initiatives, and guiding Finance and Accounting professionals to deliver high-quality financial insights and operational excellence.

This is a 12-month contract position based on-site in Sleepy Hollow, New York, with four days per week in the office. The Associate Manager will lead initiatives to standardize, streamline, and automate finance processes; develop business cases and process documentation; coach team members; monitor performance metrics; and communicate insights to Finance leadership. The position also supports Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP testing and implementation, including finance workflow validation, user acceptance testing, and adoption across the Finance Operations team.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting.
• 6–8+ years of experience in an accounting function.
• Strong understanding of SOX technology controls.
• Expertise in business process design and documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with large-scale ERP systems.
• Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize, streamline, and automate finance processes.
• Build and present business cases, workflow diagrams, and process models to support strategic decisions.
• Coach and empower team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Use key performance metrics to monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and support financial objectives.
• Oversee data analysis efforts to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Deliver clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to Finance leadership.
• Partner with Finance Operations management to prioritize projects, allocate resources, and plan weekly and monthly goals.
• Strengthen relationships with offshore teams to ensure timely and accurate close deliverables.
• Evaluate implemented solutions and provide ongoing support and refinement.
• Support testing and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including validating finance workflows, coordinating user acceptance testing, and driving adoption across the Finance Operations team.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
