The Associate Manager position provides strategic leadership and oversight for Resource & Referral, Family Child Care Home Network, and Early Head Start services, ensuring a coordinated and integrated approach to supporting children, families, and providers throughout Placer County. Strong knowledge of Head Start and Early Head Start programs, requirements, and best practices is strongly preferred. This structure promotes alignment across grants and contracts, consistency in provider supports, and shared implementation of quality improvement, inclusion, coaching, and family engagement practices. By leveraging the interconnected nature of these programs, PCOE is able to build a stronger early learning system that expands access, improves quality, and creates positive outcomes for children, families, and the early childhood workforce.
