Reporting to the Manager, Digital Merchandising (Mark’s), the Associate Manager, Digital Merchandising (Mark’s) is a key contributor to delivering engaging, conversion-focused, and customer-centric shopping experiences across the Mark’s and L'Équipeur eCommerce websites. The Associate Manager, Digital Merchandising is responsible for the digital presentation and strategic planning of product merchandising across our eCommerce websites to deliver engaging, conversion-focused, and customer-centric shopping experiences. This role combines hands-on merchandising in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target with analytics-driven decision-making to continually improve content placement, navigation, product presentation, and promotional execution. Working closely with Digital Merchandising Operations, Merchandising, UX, Marketing, and Analytics teams, the Associate Manager ensures that product stories, seasonal campaigns, and curated content are delivered seamlessly to the customer while meeting commercial goals and business objectives. You will help run the day-to-day operations of the Digital Merchandising team at Mark’s to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The Digital Merchandising team is responsible for driving eCommerce and brick-and-mortar sales by working collaboratively across the organization to execute a strong digital strategy that prioritizes the customer and drives results for the business. Success in this role is measured through strong execution, thoughtful use of data and insights, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital experiences at scale.
