This role serves as a key contributor within the Digital Guest Experience team, partnering cross-functionally to drive measurable growth in digital engagement, traffic, and conversion. Acting as a Dunkin’ digital subject matter expert, this individual will help translate business objectives into data-driven strategies and optimized digital experiences across app and web platforms. The Associate Manager will play a critical role in shaping how guests discover, engage with, and convert within Dunkin’s digital ecosystem—ensuring that content, merchandising, and experience strategies are aligned to business goals, marketing priorities, and guest needs. This includes optimizing digital touchpoints to increase high-quality traffic, improve conversion rates, and grow our Dunkin’ Rewards member base.
