Associate Manager, Control
About The Position
The Associate Manager, Control plays a key role in managing accounting, financial reporting, and analysis activities related to executive compensation programs and employee benefit plans. As the Associate Manager, Control you will be responsible for leading the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial planning and analysis for corporate-level accounts, including share-based compensation expense, pension expense, and other employee-related financial reporting matters. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and SEC requirements. You will be required to attend the Louisville, KY office three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).
