Your Role O Positiv is seeking an Associate Manager, Brand (Social + Influencer) to help grow the brand through a social-first approach to storytelling, community, creators, and partnerships . This person will own day-to-day social, build content that performs, and play a key role in scaling our influencer program —while using social insights to drive high-impact partnerships that begin as custom social-first activations and evolve into larger brand collaborations. You’re a hybrid creative + strategist: hands-on with content creation, fluent in platform trends, and able to translate insights into execution. You know how to create scroll-stopping content, build relationships with creators, and develop partnerships that expand brand reach and relevance. The Associate Manager, Brand (Social + Influencer) reports to the VP of Brand and will work cross-functionally within the organization to further expand marketing efforts and develop our product and brand.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Familiarity and comfort in front of the camera, as well as with sensitive women’s health areas like vaginal support and PMS
  • Obsessed with creating video content for social media with the ability to quickly react to trends and create brand-appropriate content on the fly.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content trends
  • Strong video editing and storytelling skills; experience in CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva), social media management tools, project management tools (asana) and social listening platforms
  • Sharp writing skills with the ability to craft brand-aligned copy
  • Experience developing creative briefs, directing content, and executing end-to-end campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence reporting on KPIs and using insights to guide strategy
  • Strong leadership & communication skills: listen, mentor, and teach by example
  • Positive and easy-going attitude and stage presence

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day social management, including publishing, optimization, and performance tracking across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Own and manage the 60–90 day social content calendar, aligned to the broader marketing, retail, and product launch calendar
  • Create and edit compelling social content (short-form video, memes, trending sound integrations, behind-the-scenes moments, campaign storytelling)
  • Ensure all product launches are supported with thoughtful, high-performing social storytelling
  • Use social listening tools to monitor trends, identify cultural moments, and inform content direction
  • Provide regular reporting and insights with recommendations for improvement
  • Identify, source, and recruit fast-rising influencers and viral creators who align with O Positiv for rapid-response content creation and brand partnerships
  • Lead execution of influencer-led digital and social activations for key brand and product launches
  • Innovate on influencer strategy by staying ahead of cultural trends, creator formats, and best practices
  • Track and analyze performance of influencer outreach, content, and conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies
  • Identify partnership opportunities that can grow O Positiv’s brand and social presence
  • Develop and execute social-first partnership activations that can scale into larger, long-term collaborations
  • Identify and evaluate co-branded giveaway opportunities and strategic brand alignments
