About The Position

Role Overview Supports the Manager in overseeing ServiceNow's Global and Americas paid media campaigns executed by our agency partner. Support the strategic validation of media activations, ensuring high-fidelity adherence to COE standards, technical protocols, and budget controls to ensure initiatives are executed on time and budget. This role includes hands-on management of day-to-day campaign operations, optimization recommendations, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in marketing, campaign coordination, or related role; B2B marketing or tech industry experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas)
  • Clear communicator - comfortable working with agency partners
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, display)
  • Familiarity with project management and automation tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront) and reporting dashboards (Tableau, etc)
  • Demonstrated experience in detailed media execution validation and the application of technical QA standards within complex digital media environments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain campaign status tracker of live, launching, and ending campaigns
  • Perform rigorous validation of regional budget pacing and spend integrity, identifying anomalies and ensuring strict adherence to the activation plan
  • Maintain audit trail with proof of media posting via screenshot archives
  • Track agency deliverable timelines (media plans, reports, invoices) and send reminders when deadlines approach
  • Partner with internal Ad Operations teams to spot-check agency’s live campaigns to verify execution accuracy
  • Direct QA and setup validation protocols to ensure agency activation precisely reflects strategic targeting and measurement requirements from briefs and approved media plans.
  • Flag issues to Manager for agency follow-up
  • Log invoices and update budget trackers as spending occurs
  • Assist Manager with monthly budget reconciliation: compare what agency invoiced vs. what platforms show
  • Maintain organized files of invoices, and budget documentation
  • Be the first point of contact for routine agency questions and requests
  • Schedule regular check-ins between Manager and agency and manage action item logs to completion
  • Collect weekly/monthly performance data from agency in support of campaign performance reviews.
  • Track creative asset delivery from internal teams to agency
  • Confirm target account lists are sent to agency on schedule
  • Help coordinate timing across internal teams (Creative, ABM, Digital Experience) to keep campaigns on track
