Workday Adaptive Manager - AMS

Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future. The Managed Services Workday Adaptive Manager will contribute to the delivery of managed services for our Workday Cloud clients. This position requires providing support to the managed services team, addressing client concerns, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Workday Adaptive Planning.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights
- 3-5 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- No travel - unless requested by client
- Extensive knowledge of Excel
- Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities
Nice To Haves
- Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
- May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
- Experience supporting medium to large scale Adaptive Planning projects
- Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
- Should be able to manage clients up to Tier 3 support
- Must have prior PPS/AMS experience
- Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive
- Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)
