The Associate Manager – Acquisition (Current Account) role is responsible for business acquisition of current accounts for a designated branch, involving direct customer interaction. The role entails explaining and selling banking products, acting as a link between customers and the bank to ensure excellent service. The role bearer supports the Sales Manager in catchment mapping, customer feedback, and identifying/converting opportunities. The primary responsibility is to drive client acquisition, deepen customer relationships, and capitalize on the lifetime value of each relationship to achieve organizational goals.
