About The Position

This is a seasonal opportunity that offers full-time hours during the summer and the flexibility to work part-time during the school year. The role primarily involves grounds maintenance, including cutting and maintaining lawns and general landscaping duties. The technician will also be responsible for operating, maintaining, and assisting with the repair of various grounds-keeping equipment such as dump trucks and lawn mowers. Additionally, the position requires providing building maintenance as needed, performing daily pickups and deliveries of mail and office supplies, and delivering company vehicles.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of operating power equipment is required.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to operate grounds-keeping equipment.
• Ability to operate forklift.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work with minimum direct supervision.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Cut and maintain lawns and provide grounds maintenance, including general landscaping duties.
• Operate and maintain grounds-keeping equipment and provide building maintenance as required.
• Perform daily pickups and delivery of mail and office supplies.
• Deliver company vehicles as necessary.

• Assist with building maintenance as required.
• Mail runs, delivery of company vehicles, etc., will require the individual possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
