As an Associate Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with and performing maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facilities mechanical and electrical systems. Perform maintenance on facility equipment, including high voltage test equipment and systems Maintain equipment, parts and supply inventory by checking stock to determine appropriate inventory levels Prepare mechanical maintenance reports Record and process findings of maintenance duties on maintenance log Identify root cause of problems by observing mechanical devices in operations Wesco is not just a job, but a company where you can learn, develop, and build your career! Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of service and maintenance of electric machinery required
  • 1 year of facility repair and maintenance experience required
  • 1 year of handling high voltage test equipment required
  • Proficient in mechanical calibration standards and methods
  • Ability to read and work from blueprints and sketches
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years preferred
