About The Position

Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns Troubleshoot and fix minor mechanical and structural problems Maintain and repair tools, machinery, and warehouse equipment Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe Assist with preventative maintenance programs Maintain maintenance logs and report completed work Coordinate with supervisors or external vendors for larger repairs Operate a forklift to perform duties as needed All other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
General passion for creative problem-solving
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of maintenance or related experience preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
