About The Position

This role involves operating machinery used in the manufacture of products with close supervision. The Associate Machine Operator may be involved in basic set-up and calibration of equipment, loading component materials, and performing finishing operations. They will read and follow operating manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedures, while inspecting parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance to requirements. Adherence to company core beliefs, safety, and quality requirements is essential. The position also requires following established documentation for product manufacturing and performing necessary cleaning and maintenance of machinery.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
0–1-year experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Ability to work with small precision parts.
Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

Technical or vocational schooling preferred.

Responsibilities
