About The Position
The Associate LPN LVN administers nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or Physician/Advanced Practice Provider (APP). The role uses a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of the nursing process when delivering care. It performs designated patient-care duties to the maximum extent allowed by the Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Practice Act. Actions reflect the organization’s core values. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing program.
- Upon hire, hold a Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse license.
- Upon hire, hold National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
