About The Position

ASRC Federal Systems Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking an Associate Logistics Analyst to support the ASTROS Contract and Air Force projects at the Air Force Research Center. The role supports testing of propulsion systems and helps ensure the customer remains compliant with Air Force requirements.

The analyst supports Project Management by researching needed parts and equipment, submitting purchase requisitions, and tracking them through receipt. The position also coordinates required paperwork with ASTROS Property, escorts vendors on site, supports blanket purchase agreements when needed, and tracks on-site material and property inventories. The analyst communicates requisition status and deadlines, inspects deliveries with local experts, and reports any deviations. The role requires professionalism, effective written and verbal communication, flexibility to switch tasks, and access to the customer’s computer networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
• Must be able to gain access to the customer’s computer networks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Great customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to switch tasks at a moment’s notice.
• Must be able to work at heights and depths.
• Must be able to work in extreme heat and extreme cold.
• Must be licensed and able to drive an ASTROS leased car.

Responsibilities

• Research parts and equipment needed for projects and place purchase requisitions.
• Track purchase requisitions through receipt and ensure ASTROS Property is notified and receives required paperwork.
• Escort vendors on site when they deliver services.
• Write and support blanket purchase agreements when necessary.
• Track on-site material and property inventories.
• Communicate purchase requisition status and understand deadlines.
• Inspect deliveries, involve local experts in inspections, and communicate deviations.
