About The Position

This is a Full Time position supporting the CEC Task Order, filling the associate logistician position. The role involves inventory management, configuration management, integrated logistics support, moving/retrieving product, shipping, and technical documentation support. The position is located at Port Hueneme, CA.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with own transportation
  • Must be able to satisfactorily complete background check and get a government clearance.
  • Must be able to follow company policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to write, speak and understand English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • US Navy A/C School

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and coordinate shipments of crucial equipment required for mission success.
  • Provide updates to databases for CEC changes.
  • Prepare action items, track completion assigned at CM meetings, and provide In-Process Action reports.
  • Identify and resolve logistics discrepancies and track and source all high priority requisitions.
  • Apply CM/logistics processes for documentation updates/revisions and change control management.
  • Interface with Project Engineers, LogReps, Engineers, Technicians, and Logisticians.
  • Write clear, detailed technical monthly reports.
