Requirements

  • Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid Pennsylvania issued LAMFT, LAPC or LSW licensure.
  • Required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
  • 2 years experience with providing mental health treatment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!).
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed mental health professional (LSW, LAPC, LAMFT) with a valid license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Clinicians working toward full Pennsylvania clinical license are encouraged to apply as supervision is offered.
  • Providers offering individual, couples and family therapy using a broad range of modalities.
  • Clinicians may offer family therapy, couples therapy, Play Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dance/Movement Therapy, EMDR, or other specific modalities.
  • Practice includes play-based and interactive methods, regular caregiver involvement and/or family therapy, and tailored approaches that meet the developmental needs of children and adolescents.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is a must.
  • General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation.
  • Experience with telehealth systems and approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
  • For Part-Time clinicians must maintain a minimum of 20 client visits per week and be available for a minimum of three evenings and/or weekend hours for in-person.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services to best meet the needs of the community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
  • Contribute to a thriving team culture.
