About The Position

As a member of the Leave of Absence (LOA) team, the Associate Leave of Absence Analyst provides LOA expertise and the administration of LOA requests to TriNet customers, WSEs and internal TriNet teams. They collaborate with all our internal teams to assess LOA inquiries and research, perform root cause analysis, and determine resolution for the best outcome for both TriNet and the customer.

Requirements

General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training preferred
Typically < 2 years General LOA knowledge preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products including but not limited to Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel (Intermediate proficiency)
Ability to communicate effectively; both written and verbal (Intermediate proficiency)
Ability to de-escalate and problem solve (Intermediate proficiency)
Analytical skills and attention to detail (Intermediate proficiency)
Conceptual and critical thinking skills (Intermediate proficiency)
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills (Intermediate proficiency)
Good organizational and time management skills (Intermediate proficiency)

Nice To Haves

Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) certification preferred

Responsibilities

Assists internal and external clients and worksite employees with general LOA inquiries via phone, chat, email or case, regarding LOA life cycle, regulatory and compliance, and navigation to available resources
Performs initial research for cases, documents appropriately and resolves low to mid-level complexity daily tasks, escalating to other internal expertise as appropriate
Performs administrative tasks including but not limited to routing of Salesforce items
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
