This entry level role assists with the case intake, documentation, eligibility review, adjudication and communication throughout the leave process. The analyst ensures timely and accurate processing of leave requests by following established guidelines, providing clear and supportive service to internal and external clients, and collaborating cross-functionally to confirm that all benefit triggers are correctly applied or updated. This role builds foundational knowledge of federal and state leave regulations and contributes to consistent, compliant and positive employee experience.
