About The Position

Albert A. Webb Associates (WEBB) is seeking an Associate Landscape Architect to play a key role in the design and delivery of diverse landscape architecture projects. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or related field.
Minimum of 4–8 years of professional landscape architecture experience.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and standard design software.
Strong understanding of construction documentation, design standards, and project coordination.

Nice To Haves

Licensed Landscape Architect (California preferred) or actively pursuing licensure.
Experience with public agency projects and permitting processes.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of landscape architecture designs, including site planning, grading concepts, planting design, irrigation systems, and hardscape elements.
Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work products.
Prepare and review construction plans, specifications, and technical reports in accordance with industry standards and agency requirements.
Interface with clients, consultants, and public agencies to support approvals, permits, and project execution.
Oversee and review work prepared by junior staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Work closely with engineers, planners, and survey teams to deliver integrated solutions.
