THE ROLE: We’re looking for a junior corporate paralegal to work alongside a team of like-minded high-performing individuals, working on engagements for large Global clients. This is a permanent, full time opportunity to join our Legal Entity Management team dedicated to providing support to our clients. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for providing company secretarial support. The role may encompass the opportunity to take on, among other things, the following key responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • A minimum of 6 months company secretarial, paralegal, or Compliance/Regulatory experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good commercial awareness, working directly with business managers
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Blueprint Company Secretarial Software
  • Experience working within the financial services sector
  • Paralegal certification
  • Exposure to Pan-European investment structures
  • Knowledge of US regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

  • Database administration, such as maintaining corporate records and certifications
  • Billing
  • Supporting the application of corporate procedures and record retention related to governance matters and internal procedures
  • Procuring items for compliance, KYC, and AML requests
