About The Position
ESS Clean, Inc., Central Illinois and Indiana’s leading commercial cleaning company, is looking for dependable Evening Cleaning Associates. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking consistent, flexible evening work in a supportive, team-oriented environment. ESS Clean is seeking Associate Janitors to support at client facilities in Morton, Illinois. These positions work evening hours (after 5:00PM), Monday through Friday. Positions range from 7-15 hours per week.
Requirements
- Reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work
- Self-starters who can work independently and stay on task
- A strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Prior cleaning experience is helpful, but not required — we provide hands-on training
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain client facilities, including offices restrooms, and common areas
- Perform routine tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
- Sweep, mop, and restock supplies as needed
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns
