About The Position

This role provides critical trade execution and lifecycle support for the Global Capital Markets underwriting business, partnering closely with the front office, operations, legal, compliance, and external stakeholders to manage syndicate deals from pre-pricing through closing. We are seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in ISG Equity Operations to play a hands-on role at the center of the debt capital markets deal lifecycle, coordinating complex transactions, ensuring regulatory readiness, and working side by side with the front office to support high profile syndicate deals. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position level position within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes. Requirements

  • Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze data, track transactions, and support reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience leveraging automation tools or emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow scalability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience managing high-volume email correspondence and coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and workload, prioritize competing requests, and meet critical regulatory and business deadlines.
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Responsibilities

  • Execute and support GCM debt syndicate transactions, managing key activities from pre-pricing through closing and settlement.
  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with firm and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain close coordination with syndicate desks, banking teams, Legal, Compliance, and external parties to support seamless deal execution.
  • Contribute to workflow enhancements and process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, scalability, and risk controls.
  • Recognize risk in day to day processes, identify key issues, and contribute to process improvements and control enhancements.
  • Build relationships within the team and with internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to support strong team outcomes.
  • Analyze and reconcile account activity to identify, investigate, and correct position and balance discrepancies.
