About The Position

This role is responsible for assisting in maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts and audits, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, investigating discrepancies, and generating reports. Requirements

• Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
• Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound inventory transactions.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Generate reports and provide analysis on inventory levels, trends, and variances.
