About The Position

Associate Interns at Redstone will join a client-team with senior Redstone consultants. You’ll participate in team meetings, do real client work, and gain unmatched exposure to clients and senior leaders. Associate Interns form hypotheses, perform analysis, lead brainstorming sessions, plan and conduct expert interviews, and craft insights and recommendations. Mentoring and apprenticeship are a vital part of life at Redstone. You will work side-by-side with other interns and consultants to develop critical thinking, communication, process, and relationship-building skills. In addition to the important work we do, we also like to have fun! Redstone interns will be invited to participate in our social events and office community days. Interns can look forward to a summer in New York City: exploring iconic neighborhoods, world-class restaurants, Broadway shows, museum-hopping, day trips to Rockaway beach and the Hudson Valley, and more.

Requirements

  • Graduating from at least a two-year master's level program in the year following Internship and able to accept full-time employment if offered
  • At least two full years of professional experience prior to the master’s program
  • Extraordinary academic track record
  • Extraordinary track record of impact
  • Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with intensive quantitative analysis, especially statistics, data science, or financial modeling
  • Well-developed project management skills
  • Ability to connect with and engage people
  • Strong work ethic, an ability to take initiative and operate independently
  • Strong interest in social impact issues, including education, climate and environment, racial and economic equity, human services, public health, and democracy
  • Ability and willingness to travel for key client meetings and project needs
  • A growth mindset and commitment to professional development
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
