About The Position

The Boeing Company, Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) is seeking an Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 2) to serve as an IPT (Integrated Product Team)/Supplier Integration Scheduler for a large Proprietary program in Hazelwood, Missouri. The role reports to the Proprietary Program’s IP&S Manager. Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines.
• More than 1 year of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• More than 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

Nice To Haves

• More than 1 year of experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.

Responsibilities

• Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
• Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
• Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plans and refining the business case.
• Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates tasks, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
• Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules.
• Identifies and provides reports on performance variances, project status, and change information to the project team.
• Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.
• Performs supplier analysis and integration of multiple supplier schedules into the overall IMS (integrated master schedule).
