The Human Resources Learning & Development (HR L&D) team is actively seeking an Associate Instructional Design Manager to support the analysis, design, development, and roll-out of high-quality, active, and engaging training and performance support solutions for use in instructor-led, online, and hybrid environments. You will partner with cross-functional teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and business partners/stakeholders from other job functions to build solutions that meet the needs of the business while maintaining a high degree of instructional integrity.
