Requirements
- Proven background in sales, customer service, or account support.
- Strong phone presence, persuasive skills, and solid negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Hydronics equipment or industrial product lines is a major plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to understand their technical needs, provide product quotations, and guide them through a smooth sales process.
- Process pricing, quotations, rush orders (within 24 hours), and order tracking accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with customers, outside sales teams, and sales engineers to deliver exceptional service and maximize account growth.
- Leverage our inventory catalog and product selection software (Xylem ESP Rep) to recommend top-quality hydronics solutions.
