About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a remote Associate Inside Sales Manager to join our team! This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible. The Inside Sales Managers is responsible for driving growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new commercial opportunities for Labcorp’s Real World Data (RWD), genetic testing data and diagnostic insights portfolio. This role focuses on proactive outreach, digital engagement, and strategic prospecting to build a strong pipeline of biopharma, life sciences, payer, provider, financial services, media and advertising, consultant, and government opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business
1 or more years sales or client-facing experience

Responsibilities

Achieves quarterly and annual lead generation goals as defined in the sales incentive comp plan
Develop and execute social selling strategies to engage prospects through digital channels, sharing relevant content such as Labcorp RWD capabilities, webinars, conference insights, and SME updates
Build and manage a consistent sales cadence to generate new leads, nurture early-stage opportunities, and advance prospects toward qualification
Partner closely with Business Development team to align on market strategy, target accounts, and prioritized outreach
Leverage prospecting tools and platforms to identify high value contacts and buying groups within biopharma, biotech, and related sectors.
Clearly articulate Labcorp’s RWD, genetic, and diagnostic data capabilities and differentiation via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Maintain regular communication with prospects to expand relationships and uncover new opportunities
Surface qualified opportunities to business development team with clear documentation of needs, timelines, and buying signals
Manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and develop early relationships with potential clients
Set and manage expectations with prospects to ensure a positive and professional experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs and ensure high satisfaction
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of activities, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce
Own opportunity management and contribute to accurate pipeline forecasting
Participate in all sales activity reviews with leadership
Submit expense reports in accordance with policy and timelines
Perform additional duties as assigned
