This is a remote-first position based in the United States or Canada (BC & ON). The role is full-time, permanent, and exempt. Compensation is structured into geographic zones (Zone A, B, C in the US and a range for Canada) and is based on location, experience, and qualifications. The position is also eligible for Webflow's company-wide bonus program, with target amounts varying by career level and dependent on company performance.
