About The Position

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the WAN/LAN, end-user computing and break/fix repair work for the Information Technology department of the Family Church Network.

Requirements

Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field or experience equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Experience with PC and Mac is preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive and resolve tickets from staff (PC and Mac).
Utilize an online system to track, prioritize and report on ticket statuses.
Rotate on-call responsibilities with fellow team members.
Assist in monitoring network availability.
Assist in maintaining inventories of related assets.
Coordinate third-party installations and repair work as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a stressful work environment.
Maintain cooperative spirit assisting others when needed or requested.
Professionally communicate with leadership and staff.
Demonstrate stewardship of church resources including supplies, equipment and intellectual property.
Understand and adhere to procedural guidelines and policies.
Install, configure, and deploy computers.

Follow established procedures for IT functions, such as a standard configuration for a computer reinstall.
