About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join VaynerMedia’s CAIT (Creator, Affiliate, Influencer & Talent) Team. This junior-level role (1 year of experience) will provide critical support in the execution of paid and earned influencer programs. The Associate will help with research, organization, and administrative processes that ensure campaigns run smoothly. The ideal candidate is curious about the influencer space, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while upholding VaynerX’s standards of executional excellence.

Requirements

0–1 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related field (internships welcome)
Strong research and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and administrative tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates

Responsibilities

Assist with influencer sourcing based on influencer research, discovery, and platform native lists.
Maintain internal databases, trackers, and campaign documentation
Assist with outreach communications for earned & paid campaign needs
Assistant Support campaign execution by monitoring deadlines and deliverables.
Help with reporting by gathering performance data and organizing insights
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CAIT team as needed
