Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree OR 4 years of security related experience in-lieu of a degree
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen
  • Candidate must have and be able to maintain an Active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level with a background investigation date within the last 6 years
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to a Special Access Program (SAP)
  • Ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended durations throughout the workday as required to perform job responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience working in a SAP environment
  • Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 and DoD SAP Manuals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a positive working relationship with internal and external customers
  • Working knowledge of NG and Govt. systems : DISS, JADE, SIMS
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Processing Program Access Requests
  • Auditing and ensuring accuracy of documents
  • Maintaining access rosters
  • Obtaining rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
  • Managing information in proprietary systems and excel spreadsheets with a high rate of accuracy
  • Studying and implementing federal security regulations that apply to company operations in order to support various additional Personnel Security Functions
