About The Position

Total Wine & More is hiring an Associate II, Supply Chain Operations for its Replenishment Operations team in Bethesda, Maryland. The role supports accurate and timely replenishment by preparing and validating order information, maintaining data in company systems, and working with internal teams and external partners. It offers hands-on exposure to supply chain operations, retail replenishment, ERP systems, and cross-functional communication. The position reports to the Director of Supply Chain Operations.

Requirements

One year of experience in a data entry or operations support role.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact productively with internal and external partners.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related analytical field, or equivalent years of experience.
Retail experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze, compile, and verify replenishment order information for accuracy and completeness before transmitting orders to external partners.
Submit direct-to-store delivery orders accurately and on schedule, research discrepancies, and assist with resolving order-related issues under guidance.
Evaluate financial summaries and supporting order data to identify discrepancies and ensure information is ready for submission.
Execute and validate order updates in the ERP system, communicate changes, and collaborate with stakeholders to support timely, accurate replenishment.
Research, organize, and validate item setup information; exchange required data with external partners; confirm successful system entry; and identify recurring data or process issues for escalation to team leadership.
