This role serves as an initial point of contact for customer inquiries, handling order entry, verification, and issue resolution. The Associate I will also support account coordination, process return authorizations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Travel is required to support distributor relationships and business objectives. The role involves escalating complex issues, generating acknowledgments, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with internal teams. Additionally, the Associate I will contribute to team development by assisting in training and mentorship, and engaging in technical learning.
