About The Position

Supports day-to-day production operations activities, including monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting. Progression from entry-level to lead involves increasing responsibility for process execution and mentoring What You Will Be Doing Support day‑to-day production and warehouse operations during overnight shifts. Monitor production workflows and report on operational activity. Perform basic troubleshooting of standard production issues following established procedures. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and electric pallet jacks. Assist with material movement, order fulfillment, and general warehouse duties. Follow safety guidelines, quality standards, and operational procedures. Communicate issues or delays to supervisors as needed. Support continuous improvement through reliable execution of assigned tasks. Perform other related duties as assigned. Schedule 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday What You Bring 2+ years of warehouse experience required. Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, and electric pallet jacks. Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to work overnight shifts on a consistent schedule.
