Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Human Resources (HR) is seeking an Associate Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join our HR Operations team in Everett, WA where we build the 767, 777, and the future location of our third 737 production line. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team aimed at shaping the future of HR at Boeing to drive business value, a best-in-class employee experience and effective delivery of HR programs, services and support.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
  • 1+ years of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
  • Experience creating a positive customer experience and communicating with front line leaders

Nice To Haves

  • Human Resources certification
  • Experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations
  • Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amount of information with attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience creating metrics that matter
  • Experience with hourly/union workforce
  • Experience in Workday HCM

Responsibilities

  • Support attendance case management and corrective action
  • Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
  • Contribute to a culture that promotes superior customer service and enhances a positive employee experience at the center of HR service delivery
  • Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions
  • Communicate and collaborate with HR peers, leaders and key stakeholders and Centers of Excellence
