SUMMARY DESCRIPTION Reporting to the VP Global Total Rewards and a dotted line to Senior HR Program Manager, the Associate HR program Manager will lead global initiatives that drive operational excellence, enhance employee engagement, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will manage complex, cross-functional projects that directly contribute to HR functional goals and business priorities. You will partner with stakeholders across regions and disciplines, influence decision-making, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact programs. This is a hybrid full-time position based at our Princeton, NJ headquarters, with on-site presence required Tuesday through Thursday. As a global role, occasional flexibility for early morning or evening calls is necessary to ensure effective collaboration across time zones.
