About The Position

PEG Companies is a real estate investment firm founded in 2003, focused on multifamily, hospitality, and build-to-rent assets. The firm manages approximately $2B of assets under management across seven commingled funds and various separate accounts. The Associate, Hospitality Asset Management will join the investments team and work closely with senior investment leadership across the full life cycle of hospitality investments. The role combines hotel operating performance analysis, portfolio oversight, investment analysis, and transaction execution. The associate will evaluate performance, help execute business plans, and develop decisions and recommendations intended to drive asset value. This is not limited to financial reporting or underwriting; the role calls for understanding performance drivers, recommending actions, and taking ownership of execution. Based on demonstrated competency, initiative, and judgment, the associate may assume direct asset management responsibility for individual hotels early in the role, with growth based on capability and performance rather than tenure.
