About The Position

The Nautilus Program is a full-time analyst development program designed for early-career quantitative-minded individuals who are curious, collaborative, and eager to grow. Participants will join a cohort of fellow analysts on the Jacksonville, FL campus and rotate through several areas of the analytics organization, working on meaningful projects that directly affect how the company serves its members. The initial weeks focus on onboarding, relationship-building, and foundational skill development through dedicated training. Following this, participants will complete multiple rotations, each offering exposure to different types of analytical work. Upon completion of the program, individuals will be placed on a long-term team, aligning their interests with business needs. This is presented as the start of a career, not an internship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 0 - 1 year related work experience or equivalent combination of transferrable experience and education
  • Comfort using analytical tools and writing code for data manipulation and visualization (e.g., SQL, R, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Eligible to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available)

Responsibilities

  • Dig into healthcare data to uncover insights that improve cost, quality, and member outcomes.
  • Track member health trends and medication adherence.
  • Build monitoring tools for provider negotiations.
  • Measure the impact of new care delivery models.
