About The Position

This role involves analyzing designs and developing basic analog and digital circuits under the guidance of an experienced engineer. The engineer will also conduct hardware design reviews, assist in developing hardware specifications, and write and execute test plans, documenting results for peer reviews and project notebooks. The position requires developing knowledge of SEL engineering processes and adhering to SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. Additionally, the role involves providing work estimates for project planning, with a focus on understanding, creating, and simplifying.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Responsibilities
