The Hand Bindery Associate is responsible for finishing printed materials through both hand work and operating bindery equipment.

• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a print shop or bindery environment is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform hand bindery operations such as collating, folding, cutting, stapling, gluing, and packaging printed materials
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with job specifications
• Operate basic bindery equipment (e.g., cutters, folders, stitchers) as needed
• Assemble materials for shipment and ensure proper labeling and packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with other production tasks as assigned
