About The Position

The Associate Grant Manager supports the Mount Carmel Foundation’s grant fundraising program by ensuring strong prospect research, compliance, post-award management, reporting, and performs select relationship management and grant revenue production. This role increases the Foundation’s capacity to steward and grow institutional funding while mitigating organizational risk and enabling sustainable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 3-5 or more years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Government, private foundation, and corporate grant processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Strong project management skills, organization, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Grant Professional Certified (GPC) or Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) preferred
