About The Position

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for an Associate Golf Professional who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This role supports daily golf operations while delivering exceptional service to members and resort guests. The Associate Golf Professional assists with golf shop operations, tournaments, merchandising, outside services, and player experience initiatives, ensuring a seamless and high-quality golf experience consistent with luxury resort standards.

Requirements

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Vailid Driver’s License is required for this role.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
• Demonstrated expertise in golf operations, including tournament management and a strong knowledge of the Rules of Golf.
• Current enrolment in PGA Apprentice program (and in good standing).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by welcoming golfers, providing course orientation, explaining services and amenities, and creating a memorable arrival, on-course, and departure experience through personalized hospitality.
• Manage daily golf operations, including the starter podium, tee sheet coordination, guest check-in, cart assignments, and pace-of-play support while responding promptly to guest inquiries and needs.
• Develop strong knowledge of golf programs, merchandise, green fees, and resort offerings to provide accurate information, recommendations, and personalized service for members and guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of golf facilities, including the staging area, cart barn, bag room, rental equipment, and golf carts, ensuring all are guest-ready and well maintained.
• Assist with the planning and execution of tournaments, outings, group events, and familiarization (FAM) programs to ensure seamless operations and exceptional participant experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs, recognize returning guests, and build lasting relationships through attentive service and consistent engagement aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
