Requirements

  • Progressive and successful leadership experience
  • Relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment
  • Experience leading a union represented workforce
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or 5 + years of experience in a related industry in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
