Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance
Proven experience in general dentistry, with a focus on patient care and satisfaction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
Knowledge of current dental technology and procedures
MA Dental License or Eligibility
Must have DDS or DMD
MA DEA
Fed DEA
CPR
OSHA/HIPPA

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of general and cosmetic dental procedures, including exams, restorations, extractions, and preventive care
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences
Ensure a positive patient experience from initial consultation through treatment completion
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with all regulatory standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient care and practice efficiency
Stay current with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and industry best practices
